Paying never buys visibility
The core site is free and stays free: every price, every stock level, price history and instant alerts. Plus and Pro pay for convenience, not position.
No shop can pay to be listed or to rank higher, and a commission from a shop link never changes the order. Paying for a plan does not change what you see either: the same shops, in the same order, at the same speed as everyone else.

Questions
Do I need to pay to see prices or get alerts?
No. Every price, every stock level and every alert type is free, with no account needed. Plus and Pro give you room for more alerts and add extras on top.
Are free alerts slower?
No. An alert goes out as soon as we see the change, whichever plan you are on. Nobody can pay for a head start.
How does billing work?
Plans are paid monthly by card through Stripe, who handle the payment, so we never see your card number. Prices here are in pounds sterling, and Stripe shows the final amount, with any tax where you live, before you pay.
Paid plans need an account. You sign in with a link we email you, so there is no password to remember.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. Plus and Pro are monthly for now.
Can I switch between Plus and Pro?
Yes. Open your account and choose Manage billing. Stripe shows what you will pay before you confirm the change.
How do I cancel?
Open your account and choose Manage billing, then cancel. There is no notice period. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Deleting your account cancels your plan straight away.
Can I get a refund?
Cancelling stops the next payment. If you think you were charged by mistake, or you want to ask about a refund, email [email protected] and a person will reply. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What happens to my alerts if I cancel or move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Every alert you already have keeps working. While you have more than the new plan allows, you cannot add another until you remove some.
What if a payment fails?
You keep your plan while Stripe tries the card again. If it still cannot take the payment, your account moves to Free and your alerts carry on as above.
Can a shop pay to rank higher?
No. Shops cannot buy a place in the prices, and a commission never changes the order. How we rank sets out the rules.
