Prices and stock
We check shops often, but prices and stock can change between our check and your visit. The shop's own page is always right; check it before you buy. Each price shows when we last checked it.
Buying
Your contract is with the shop you buy from. Delivery, returns and customer service are the shop's. We are not responsible for a shop's goods or service, but we want to hear about a bad experience, and a shop that misleads shoppers is removed.
Alerts
Alerts are sent as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise that an alert arrives before an item sells out. You can stop any alert at any time.
Using the site
Use the site for your own shopping. Please do not copy the price data in bulk or run automated requests against the site; ask us about access instead.
